As a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Admin – I rely heavily on the SAP support portal and community for ideas, advice and troubleshooting. SAP has and continues to do well with user engagement – however feedback about modules and EC features, both positive and negative, are harder to come by.
Consulting companies do post articles on their websites, but any real “lessons learned” is provided only for their paying customers or left unsaid as not wanting to fall on the wrong side of SAP.
The primary reason for creating this website and posting outside of the SAP SuccessFactors forums is twofold – editorial honesty can never be obtained on a company owned site, in which your access is controlled by both your employer and SAP.
